I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surrounding area, being conveniently situated halfway between Bowness and Windermere. I found it very easy to walk everywhere, including to the bars and restaurants of Windermere. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing lots of tips for the local area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities, including access to the off-site health club, were excellent. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were extremely polite and well-mannered throughout my stay.
